You are purchasing a professionally made O Scale Pickwick CityScape building that is individually painted and assembled by Todd Architectural Models & Layouts. This building measures 8” deep. This particular building is modeled after the Pickwick Hotel located in Kansas City. The Pickwick Hotel was part of the Union Station bus station, the eastern terminus of the Pickwick Bus Company. 
 
Each of our built-up buildings are custom laser cut, assembled and painted. No two are quite the same. The standard building comes with textured brick on the front (main) elevation, front (right side) elevation and rear elevation. The left side parting wall is textured concrete. The standard building comes with windows on the front (main), front (right side) and rear elevations. If you would like brick and/or windows on the parting wall they are offered as product options.
 
This CityScape building, CS-02, measures 8” long by 25” tall. You may choose between clear, translucent or Roscolux grey (shown) glazing.
 
Each story is separated by a floor and ceiling, and is individually lit using 5050 SuperbrightlLED’s. The model will include a marquis over the front door.
 
The building is constructed of laser scored and cut acrylic plastic, Laserboard and Taskboard, and is professionally finished to be individually unique. Windows are fabricated using two layers of laser cut Lazerboard for sashes and frames. Each building is made at ¼” = 1’-0” scale and will be a welcome addition to your O Scale layout.
